At TOSA Furniture Boutique, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure items are in original condition and packaging to qualify for a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Schedule

  Carefully repack the item in its original crate or box and schedule a pickup with our specialized white-glove furniture carriers.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once your item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.
